For single sets the shipping is by USPS Ground Select shipping 1 - 6 business days. So we need your PO Box or your physical address to get the product too you. Discounted Priority Mail the expedited typically takes 2-3 Days to most locations in the Continental USA and Alaska, Hawaii. Neither are guaranteed services.

We have the option to change the shipping on Multi set orders to UPS, but we still pay the shipping.
Returns can be shipped within 30 days if product is in its original unused condition with all tags still attached. For lighted sets none of the battery tabs are pulled.
If you are shipping to Canada UPS is the lowest cost and we have discounted the rate you will see at checkout. But UPS does charge brokerage fees, the Canadian taxes and the import duty. To avoid the brokerage fees either ship to a ship location on the US side of the border ( free for bocce sets ) and then pickup to take back across or follow the steps in this link 
to avoid paying the UPS broker fees.
Or ship by the Postal Service, yes higher ship cost as its being handled by the US and then the Canadian Post. But we hear over and over that overall the cost is the cheapest with Postal delivery.

These balls are the best multiplayer set you can buy, period!!
From the preferred choice of champions, pro players, and has been the official ball of the World Bocce Championship for more than 15 years.
They are the most popular choice for clubs and the growing number of dedicated bocce facilities around the US (e.g., Campo di Bocce-CA, Palazzo di Bocce-MI). If you have a home court or regularly play at a bocce venue, or if you want to give a set to a player who wants the best, then these are perfect.
Special blend solid composition balls. 15-YEAR warranty!! They will not split or crack. Warranty to the original purchaser. If somehow you manage to break a ball from striking another ball while on a court, we will replace the damaged ball for just the cost of shipping. You will need to return the damaged ball to us. Wear and tear while playing on abrasive surfaces or chips due to striking sharp objects and, of course, any damage from hitting rocks, concrete curbs, etc., is not covered.
These are production made balls with a lot of handwork, e.g. the grooves are put in manually. Sometimes 1 or more of the solid color balls may have occasional small random flecks from the other ball colors made in the factory. This is not a defect, and they are not second quality balls.
If you are playing on a bocce court that is made from decomposed ( crushed rock/stone ) then any bocce ball will be scratched and scuffed up and start to wear down in size immediately. It is a cheap surface to use but is not recommended by us or any other bocce ball manufacturer, as it's like playing on coarse sandpaper. Having said that, of any balls on the market, the Perfetta set will scratch up the least and not turn white like all Made in China sets. Oyster shell. Clay, synthetic materials are much less abrasive and are a recommended playing surface for a purpose-built court. Even with those, they are abrasive, so the perfect sheen on the balls will, of course, wear off. Playing on grass in the backyard or sand at the beach is perfect too, so long as there are no hidden rocks.
Note: This warranty is for individual owners ( Personal Use ). Clubs, commercial facilities, rentals, etc., where the balls are often being used 7 days a week and 8 plus hours a day, this warranty cannot reasonably apply. For those purchasers, a 5 year ball replacement warranty on the original balls applies.
