If an order is received before 2.00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we make every effort to get it shipped that same day, and 99% of the time do. (UPS does not pickup on the weekend or deliver on Saturday and Sunday.) Expedited ( Overnight, 3 Day etc ) shipments go to the head of our queue and have priority over Ground.
Weekends and Carrier holidays do not count as as travel days. e.g. an order placed for 3 day delivery and shipped on a Wednesday will be delivered the following Monday.
Overnight and other Expedited Shipping e.g. 2 day and 3 day - all airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO's. Sorry,UPS (United Parcel Service) does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. UPS will only deliver to a physical address. Orders to P.O. Boxes and APO's must be shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service). If you select UPS service, we will contact you to quote the actual USPS shipping cost.
Note- When shipping Internationally, there may additional charges assessed at your end for Import and brokerage fees. This applies especially to orders you choose to ship via UPS. They will charge brokerage fees assessed and must be paid when they deliver to you. Please check your countries import rules and regulations.
If you live in an area prone to petty theft and don't trust having a package left on your porch, make a note in the "Comment" section on checkout with an alternate drop spot on your property. We will add a note to the label with that location ( but it must be brief ). This does NOT guarantee that the delivery person will place the package in that location we can only ask. If the package is shown as delivered ( tracking number ) and is subsequently stolen, clearly we cannot be held responsible. You will need to make an insurance claim with your insurance carrier.
Please note that if you want to return a product for a refund we deduct the actual shipping cost to ship the product to you. If you got "Free Shipping" with your order then that means we of course paid the shipping and that actual cost will be deducted from ALL returns. In most other cases shipping is discounted that actual cost will be calculated and deducted from ALL returns. Return shipping is at the customers expense.We do not have a restocking fee or handling charge for returns.
If you make an error in your shipping address or the carrier returns the product as undeliverable due to the address you entered, we can cancel your order but will deduct the actual shipping cost, including the return shipping fee if there is one. "FREE SHIPPPING" is free to you but not to us of course and discounted shipping obviously costs more than we charged on the original purcase. So the note in the paragraph above applies. We can of course reship but will have to charge the actual reship. We don't charge any handling fees to reship.
Every package we ship, including the USPS First Class Mail, has a tracking number that we send automatically to your email address.
